"Intelligize - the smart choice for SEC research!"

What do you like best about Intelligize?

I can't say enough good things about Intelligize Customer Support! First, I try my own searches, but often email Customer Support as a next step to review their search suggestions. Sometimes I don't fully understand the nuances of the research question, and they are amazing in teaching me about corporate precedent research. I have learned so much from them and my confidence in conducting corporate precedent research has really increased! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intelligize?

I don't like some of the downloading features. Sometimes I download an entire filing when I only want the exhibit and vice versa! I also need some more training in how to download sections of several documents at once to use the Compare feature more effectively. I am weak in downloads, but the database is great! What problems is Intelligize solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Intelligize to conduct corporate precedent research and find SEC documents to share with my assigning partners. For example, I have looked up CEO Compensation Packages for fintech companies. I have researched offers to purchase for cash all of the common stock of a company. Recently, I looked for examples of Asset Purchase Agreements where the acquiror acquires one specific medical product. AI and SPAC precedent documents are also popular searches. Using Intelligize, I successfully located agreements under which an AI company provides data processing and analytics services for a customer.
