What do you like best about Intelligent IT?

What do you dislike about Intelligent IT?

What problems is Intelligent IT solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'd say that one aspect which truly set Intelligent IT apart from others was their proactive approach to IT management. Rather than just reacting to problems as they arose, they went ahead & took the time to assess my systems, identify potential vulnerabilities, & even implement preventive measures to ensure smooth operation in the future.
