**What do you like best about IntelligenceBank?**

I really like the user-friendly platform of IntelligenceBank, which makes it easy for download users and admins when it comes to uploading and downloading. I found it easy to use for keywording and organization of assets into folder subjects. The main board being customizable to our brand is another feature that stands out to me. Their customer service is great—our representative Alan is excellent - always answering right away and finds out the answer as soon as possible, continually following up. The PowerPoint connector is the most widely used feature by our download client departments, which speaks to its popularity. The platform being user-friendly is crucial in encouraging others to utilize it, backed by numerous trainings. I appreciate that it accepts major file types, and I particularly enjoy being able to save downloads in smaller and cropped formats.

When downloading, you cannot remove some of the verbiage to download in various ways and people do not understand it.

I use IntelligenceBank to share creative assets across departments, allowing employees access to brand materials like clip art and logos.

**What do you like best about IntelligenceBank?**

It was built to do exactly what our organisation needs. so all of the functionality and data captured are for purpose and does the job across a lot of stakeholders, which is no easy feat.

**What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?**

The nature of the form being stacked makes using intelligence bank clunky and a very long scroll. So when adding different sections of a job, it is a very padded out page so makes proofing tricky when you need to scroll so much up and down, And when scrolling, the page jumps around so you lose your position when scrolling up and down. 
Also the filing system and search phrases to find olf jobs is not great.  It's not super easy to search for a recent job as tasks from a very long time ago always clog up search results and it takes a lot of loading time to refine or filter the search.

they do take on issues and fixes.

**What do you like best about IntelligenceBank?**

High levels of support and customisation, everything was focussed on what we wanted to achieve with the platform, rather than how we fitted into their product. We had regular weekly calls during implementation meaning a lot of development happened quickly. Project documentation and how-to guides were well put together. The platform is highly intuitive and easy to use. The integration happened seamlessly, we migrated from a very outdated platform and were really worried, but it was all fine. Customer support was always on hand and issues resolved quickly. The DAM is used daily by the business and no issues to speak of.

**What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?**

Their main office is based in Australia so scheduling calls was tricky, but no real issue.

**What problems is IntelligenceBank solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hosting assets online as a single source of truth, having the ability to remove and replace content with no interruption or broken links for end user. Managing assets ranging from video, to images and documents. Knowing we have consented content. Giving our company to utilise our image library easily and securely.

**What do you like best about IntelligenceBank?**

It is easy to upload content, and it is easy to share both internally and externally. Version control and updates are useful. Delivering content through links is also good. I like being able to navigate through our assets using the folder structures.

**What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?**

The user experience, functionality, and features are lacking. I would like an updated UI for navigation, in both the assets and the nav. I would like it to be easier to customize nav links and custom pages. The admin area is convoluted and not intuitive. I would like to display folders and assets together. I would like to change the size of the icons/tiles when viewing them. I would like to be able to edit filenames and content within assets without having to download them. I would like to be able to download folders of assets. I would like to be able to delete a current asset version without deleting previous versions (without multiple steps). I would like to view folder sizes (MB/GB). I would like to be able to "favorite" assets, and sort by favorites. I would like to sort by file size. I would like a quick-share function (most used function is sharing). I would like "right-click" functionality for actions. Tags should auto save, instead of "apply" then "save."

IB allows us to store and deliver our finalized marketing content and materials to our public audience, vendors, and customers.

Some of our links always disconnect from the redirected page and IntelligenceBank were pretty fast to solve this problem.

Sharing collections with both internal users and external clients and stakeholders has been a huge improvement. It is easy to share and customize the settings for sharing collections, as well as adding to amending existing collections.

**What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?**

I wish that folder names were searchable, folder icons had instant thumbnails, and that when you create a new folder, the window would automatically open to that folder for uploading- seems like that would be intuitive but it is not, so you have to re-navigate to the folder to begin uploading images. I also wish that our resource date would automatically reflect the camera data for the date the photo was taken upon ingest.

The best thing about IntelligenceBank is that I can house all my assets in one place in an organized fashion. It's easy to navigate and I can track down what I need quickly. The storage capacity means I don't have to worry about limiting what assets I save.

Being able to bulk download assets in several folders at a time, rather than just one folder at a time, would be a huge improvement.

The most helpful aspect of IntelligenceBank is its advanced search, tagging, and filters. Our search results have improved dramatically since switching to InteligenceBank and it’s now much easier to find what we are looking for.

I wish you could share folders and not just assets. Would be nice to be able to share a whole folder structure with outside stakeholders.

Being able to send files via links. Folder structure is decent, but not great.

**What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?**

The UI is not very intuitive. It seems old and dated with very limited features. There should be more options for downloading content. You should be able to filter more and exclude archive when searching. You should be able to share full folders of content and have options how it can be used for download.

It is giving us a repository for public use. It is not a great complete solution for the cost. The version history is useful.

- I like the customer support. They have taken a lot of energy and put it into ensuring their customers are happy and successful. 
- I have also had success integrating IntelligenceBank's API to automatically share content in a mobile app (Ram Dass Be Here Now)
- API was also used to do a transfer from another DAM into IntelligenceBank very quickly; we transferred the raw data of 23,000 resources with attached metadata in less than 72 hours.
- They use Amazon S3 as the storage source which makes uploading and downloading a breeze.
- Our team has found it to be extremely easy to use compared to the last DAM we were on. 
- Every day the DAM is used by our team and so far every issue has been resolved with ease.

**What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?**

If you don't have a technical person on staff to be the Administrator, you will be relying heavily on the customer success representatives to assist you during the initial first few months. This is not a knock on the platform at all, but it is very modular and there are many ways to use it.

- Social Media Content generation (using it like an archive to pull old content out and make into "fresh")
- Storage and organization of important resources
- Populating the content for an iOS/Android app and using IB's CDN to deliver quickly around the world
- AI tools in the future will be used to generate transcripts + descriptions of hundreds of hours of undescribed content

The only downside we’ve experienced is that sometimes the platform can be slow to load—but considering the vast number of assets we manage, it’s understandable. Overall, this has been a minor issue in an otherwise stellar experience!

Ease of upload, customisation of system to be set up for different forms and needs.

**What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?**

Limit on migration uploads falls far short of what we need to do be able to do this well.
Have not been able to sort out Sitecore connector for months, hopefully we can progress it so we can use it for more use cases internally.
Log in button on top right is confusing and reverts to a screen that fails to log in when clicked by accident by staff instead of using SSO.
Duplicate detection does not work.
We would like the calendar and search functions to be able to be saved shared across users to create fields/tabs to allow better streamlining of editorial tasks.

**What problems is IntelligenceBank solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping with storage for images, but as it's not connecting to platforms properly, we are unable to use it seamlessly. We hope that as the plug ins work well, our use cases come to life.
The reporting via the forms has been made easier.

AI face recognition to find people in images works pretty well.

**What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?**

When importing multiple files at once by dragging them over to the DMS window, the files then appear in the directory, similar to any file manager app. But then the user is forced to click an additional button to actually commence uploading them.

Why?

This isn't native and I have lost large uploads as a result, because I didn't click the button after dragging the files to the DMS window. You should fix that.

**What do you like best about IntelligenceBank?**

As a manufacturer's rep, I deal with various products from multiple companies and I need to look up product details quite often: drawings, specs, installation instructions, etc.  I probably use Intelligence Bank about 1x/week to look for documentation to help my customers/end-users.
The manufacturer that uses Intelligence Bank has a medium-sized portfolio of products.  Being in the construction industry, there's a fair amount of documentation for each product.  The documents are well-organized, easy to preview, and easy to download.

**What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?**

nothing to dislike.  everything works smoothly from my end user viewpoint.  the biggest issue I can imagine is how well the company implements Intelligence Bank and how they organize their document libarry.

Helps me find technical information that I need to sell products.

IntelligenceBank is an easy way to keep all our marketing assets in one place. The search function is thorough and downloading the pieces is nice with multiple options.

My main issue with our IntelligenceBank is not the platform itself but more how it has been set up for our company. It is a relatively new system though so I'm sure that, with the ease IntelligenceBank affords, it will continue to be worked on to make it work best for us.

I believe that the future of IntelligenceBank for our company will give us the ability to update pieces in the platform to have more autonomy and to take some of the workload off of our creative team. That would be exceptionally helpful to our local marketing teams.

Sharing photos from Intelligence Bank is not easy. Sometimes photos would get lost. The photos would also take a long time to download. We would not use it often and instead keep photos on our computers since it was hard to share amongst other people.

Storing all of the photos that we have and organizing them in an easy way.

InDesign plugin is VERY basic, it should have access to filters and view different sized thumbnails as a MINIMUM. Tagging (using the browser) is cumbersome for bulk uploads. Updating images to add to existing libraries (it is hard to make a logical connection) and just moving files around (it is hard to see - need different view, list, thumbnail size options, especially when sorting large groups of images that are similar poses).

tagging images and the ability to search our library for relevant images, and place them in indesign. cutting out steps in the workflow and having less files to carry around.

**What do you like best about IntelligenceBank?**

I use IntelligenceBank daily in my work. We store product data for our merchandise so keeping everything together in one location makes things much easier. We use the information across the board for several departments from customer service to technical support and this gives us the ability to keep consistency in the verbiage we use with our customers. Adding or deleting  information as products improve or become obsolete is simple and the ease of integration made for ssmooth operation and implementation. Lastly, if we do have an issue customer support is there to walk us through!

**What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?**

Nothing! I have not had any issues with the InteeligenceBank platform.

**What problems is IntelligenceBank solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IntelligenceBank is solving a problem of inconsistency and scattered data. Prior to implementation each user stored their own product notes and we stored testing data on our website. This meant customer service had to search out answers which added to the time we spent on the phone. Additionally, as product data was updated or deleted this was not always shared with every user, often leaving us with inaccurate information. Having all of our material in one location makes the search process faster and more efficient.

Love the layout of the DAM as the folder structure and item thumbnails are really clear. Easy to identify what you're looking at. Uploading assets and categorising them is simple. Best thing is sharing links though. So easy to share a link to other stakeholders quickly and effectively.

The search functionallity can be a bit frustrating. Can regualrly miss files or folders.

I started using intellegence bank over 5 yrs ago and I think the experience has been great. I haven't had any issues using it and it was easy to onboard other designers/requesters. Their customer support is always on point and they are very responsive. I use it everyday for over 10 hours. I love how we can customize the features throughout the experience.

I think sometimes new updates may have a learning curve. It would be great to receive notifications of the changes.

Prior to adopting Intelligence Bank, we utilized Workfront, which featured an overwhelming array of elements on its platform. The transition to Intelligence Bank has noticeably streamlined project management, making it more user-friendly for both requesters and designers.
