What do you like best about Intelli?

What I like most about Intelli is how practical it feels. Rather than being just another AI chatbot, it’s designed to genuinely help businesses automate customer interactions and internal workflows. I also appreciate its modular approach: you can plug in different AI models, integrate with WhatsApp and other channels, and tailor it to a range of use cases. What do you dislike about Intelli?

Honestly, I think the biggest weakness is that it's still evolving. Some features aren't as polished as I'd like, and there are areas where the user experience could be smoother. What problems is Intelli solving and how is that benefiting you?

Intelli is solving the problem of fragmented customer communication and repetitive manual work. Instead of juggling multiple tools and answering the same questions over and over, it brings AI, automation, and messaging into one platform.
