I love the great and prompt customer support that Intelli provides us. I appreciate the acceptance and incorporation of our feedback into their product. The user interface and interaction with their web app is smooth. The 'audiences' feature is very helpful because it includes campaigns, templates, and contacts. When onboarding, it automatically imports and populates all your contacts through WhatsApp embedded signup, so you don't have to manually import them. I can create template messages, use the provided starter templates, and the campaign feature enables me to send messages over WhatsApp instantly or schedule them for later. I find the website widget fails to respond promptly to the first message a customer sends through it. I also can't see previous chats, making it hard to continue conversations.
