What do you like best about Intelex EHSQ?

I like how Intelex EHSQ brings quality, health and safety, and compliance processes into a single platform. The workflow automation is incredibly valuable for CAPA management as it automatically routes actions to the right people, sends reminders, and helps ensure that corrective actions are completed on time. I appreciate the dashboards which provide a clear overview of open CAPAs, upcoming audits, and overall compliance status, making it easier to prioritize work and identify potential issues early. What do you dislike about Intelex EHSQ?

One area that could be improved is the user interface as some screens feel a bit dated and required multiple clicks to complete common tasks. Reducing the number of clicks needed to access frequently used features, improving navigation between modules, and making menus more consistent would enhance usability.
