The most helpful part of IntelAgree is having a centralized contract repository and workflow tool that gives our team better visibility into contract status, key terms, renewal dates, and supporting documentation. It helps reduce reliance on scattered emails, spreadsheets, and local files, which is especially important when multiple teams are involved in contract review and vendor management. The biggest upside is that IntelAgree creates a more structured, consistent process for managing agreements across procurement, legal, finance, and business stakeholders. It improves governance, makes it easier to reference historical contract information, and supports better continuity when ownership changes or new leaders need to get up to speed quickly. The IntelAgree team has also been responsive and helpful, which adds value beyond the platform itself. The main downside of IntelAgree is that the value depends heavily on clean setup, consistent data, and user adoption.
