Disconnections and connection issues tend to be problematic with AMT Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Intel vPro Manageability:

AMT would be awesome if it could be used as a remote tech support solution for consumers. Don't expect that, however, as this is for enterprise only right now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Intel vPro Manageability solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ability to repair and manage systems outside of the operating system, especially for virus removal and re imaging. You are much more efficient in system management as you can manage systems as if they are physically with you, remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
