On a very quick glance it's possible to identify the problematic suppliers. Getting e-mail alerts when a status turn to red is very helpful so I don't need to log in the system all the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The visualizations are not perhaps that useful in other than some management report purposes. For the actual work it would be great to see the suppliers right away instead of scrolling down.

Also it would be great if the supplier could add general comments on each category since that might shed some light on why some topics are not "green".

Another point is that it would be great to be able to interact with the supplier directly via the portal Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
