What do you like best about Integrated Management System (IMS)?

What we like most about Interfacing is how easily it allows us to map and monitor our internal processes. In healthcare, maintaining compliance and traceability is crucial, and the platform gives us a clear view of workflows, responsibilities, and documentation. What do you dislike about Integrated Management System (IMS)?
