The ease of use. I rely on other software and apps because my company doesn't have its own website or technology. I enjoy that it's simple for me to come up with ways to interact with and solicit feedback from the renters in my properties. The drag and drop feature is convenient, and I can send it to the people I want to fill out the form to with ease.
