I have some strong words to use, talking about Instantly customer support. It's, frankly, ridiculous. RIDICULOUSLY good. I have said this before many times -- I have never seen a more efficient, professional, friendly and deeply helpful customer support team on any other service/app/website. Perfect English, light-speed replies, great people. There is no "please refer to our knowledge base" here - they handle everything with great deep care. Feels like I'm in a 5-star hotel, no joking. Functionality-wise -- everything you might possibly need, works like clockwork. I have not used the AI though, so can't speak for that. Very easy to setup, to use, to navigate, the learning curve is minimal. Only had one hiccup with warmup once -- talked to the support, it got sorted and never came up again. Great platform!
