I feel like there could be more organizational features for managing outreach for multiple clients. As a virtual assistant working with completely different businesses, it would be really helpful to separate and visualize each client's workflow more clearly. Also, creating multiple workspaces for different clients without incurring additional charges would be a great improvement.
