"My honest review of instant DM"

4/5

What do you like best about InstantDM?

What I love most about InstantDM is its simplicity and ease of use. Setting up automated replies for comments and DMs is quick and hassle-free—it only takes a few minutes. The tool saves me a lot of time managing my Instagram interactions, and I can stay connected with my followers even when I’m not online. The interface is clean, intuitive, and the automations run smoothly without errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InstantDM?

One thing I find limiting is the free plan—it’s a bit restrictive if you handle multiple accounts or have a highly active page. I’d also love to see more advanced analytics and customization options for automated responses. Still, despite these minor downsides, the tool performs its main functions very well and remains dependable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is InstantDM solving and how is that benefiting you?

InstantDM has significantly reduced the time I spend replying to messages and comments. Before using it, I had to respond to every comment manually, which was both tiring and time-consuming. Now, the automation handles engagement efficiently, keeping my followers engaged around the clock. This consistent interaction makes my account appear more active and professional, helping me grow my audience and build stronger relationships with them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
