What do you like best about Instant Search?

I'm using the Instant Search Widget on my website and integrating that was a breeze! I just included the JS and CSS scripts on my website and it magically worked! Adding search results to Instant Search was also easy, because you can use a CSV file to source the search engine. So now it's automatically picking up any changes I make to the CSV file and it makes them searchable on my website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instant Search?

The widget comes with 2 great templates to display the search results, but I can't specify my own template to display the search results a little bit better. Still, the included templates work well for me! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Instant Search solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instant search is making my content more discoverable on-site. I've had many people reach out with questions about content that's on my website and very SEO friendly, but they can't find it on the website, only on Google. Instant search now helps them find the content they need without leaving the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
