What do you like best about installHUB?

InstallHub was a genuine game changer for us. It brought everything together, streamlined the grant process, simplified DNO notifications and helped us stay compliant. More importantly, it took hours of paperwork out of our working day and allowed our team to spend more time dealing with customers and actually installing EV charge points. What do you dislike about installHUB?

For us, the search functionality is probably the main one. A search doesn't always seem to look across the entire platform, so occasionally you need to know which particular tab or section to search within before you'll find what you're looking for.

The other area I'd like to see developed further is the mobile experience. As a business owner, I'm definitely not always sitting behind a desk. I'm regularly on the road, visiting sites or moving between meetings, and while the platform can be accessed from a mobile device, a properly optimised mobile layout would make a real difference to using InstallHub on the move. What problems is installHUB solving and how is that benefiting you?

As Costelloes EV grew, our requirements became more complex and we needed some bespoke functionality that wasn't available within InstallHub at the time. Another software provider offered a similar system with some of the customisation we needed, so we made the decision to move away.

Just over a year later, we came back to InstallHub.

During the time we'd been away, it was clear the InstallHub team had listened to its users and invested heavily in developing the platform. The improvements in customisation were significant and, in several areas, what they had developed was actually better than what we'd originally been asking for.
