I sell a very complex package of statistical software written for Excel. The installation file consists of a variety of files, Excel add-ins and advanced help files. In addition, the 32-bit version of the software differs from the 64-bit version in terms of the number and type of files. Configuring the installation was too complicated for me to do, but InstallAware support executed it flawlessly.
