Since writing my original review, the in-depth AI integration has made Inspire even so useful for planning and staying on track with my goals. This helps break bigger objectives into manageable next steps, it identifies priorities that may need more attention, and makes it easier to adjust plans as things change.

I’ve also found that the AI feature is helpful when it comes time to writing performance reviews. Being able to pull together accomplishments and summarize progress makes the process much less overwhelming for me. It is especially helpful my role, where a lot of the work is ongoing, technical, and not always easy to capture at the end of the year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Inspire supports conversations various places in the app from one on one to individual goals to newsfeed. There doesn't appear to be a place where all conversations can be reviewed.
