InspectPro helps me manage every facet of my business, from scheduling, analytics, contracts and report delivery to payments and banking. It has simplified my process and shortened the time it takes me to inspect. The software is intuitive, and the AI assistant helps streamline my workflow. I like that I can create and adjust my own templates, and that the development team is always accessible. I like the simple inspection flow and having my expenses, tracked mileage, payments and banking all in one place. The repair request builder and AI defect recognition help provide a great experience for clients and realtors. The offline capabilities are helpful too: if I lose signal, my photos and comments are saved and uploaded when I have a connection again. Almost all the features have provided a benefit, including mileage tracking, recall checks and quarterly home maintenance emails, without the service fees I would otherwise pay. It has consolidated about five or six products into one, saving money and providing a better experience. I also find the AI useful for dictating notes and cleaning up my wording, and for getting an overview of a defect from a photo. InspectPro adds information like radon levels, flood-zone risk and current weather to my report automatically. It also updates clients about ancillary inspections like radon or mold testing and alerts them when results are uploaded. The price point and text-message capability helped make me switch, and I value being able to see my business in one place without jumping between different software. Privacy was important to me too, and InspectPro doesn’t use its clients’ data. The basic setup is really easy, and the process flow and FAQ search make the rest relatively simple. It combines the best of the other software I used and adds more to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
