What do you like best about Insightful?

I find the screenshots in Insightful really useful for tracking remote and hybrid employees. The feature showing usage per employee is quite handy, as it helps me ensure that everyone is dedicating enough time to the important tasks. I appreciate these features because they allow me to address any tech issues or productivity concerns in a professional manner. Also, the initial setup of Insightful was user-friendly which was a relief. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Insightful?

I don't think I have any, but sometimes visualizing data live might be off from time to time. I see something live, and the time is not tracked properly, and then when I review it's correct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Insightful solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Insightful for payroll and time management, effectively tracking remote and hybrid employees. The screenshots and usage per employee features help me identify tech issues and ensure tasks are prioritized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for the review! Having what you need to raise a productivity or tech concern professionally, with the detail to back it up rather than a hunch, is a genuinely better way to manage, and it's great Insightful's giving you that footing across your remote and hybrid teams.

What you spotted with the live view is just a brief sync delay that can happen now and then. The real-time display catching up a beat behind the actual activity. As you've seen, the recorded data lands correct once it settles, so nothing's lost; it's only that momentary lag between live and logged.

And there's more to draw on here than the monitoring itself. As a full work insightfs platform, that same usage data can point you to where your team's effort creates the most value, not just whether the hours are going in.
