**What do you like best about Insightech?**

The seamless pairing of full session replay and automated error tagging is the platform’s biggest advantage for our financial client portal. Instead of jumping between three separate analytics tools to piece together fragmented user data, I can pull complete recordings of visitors filling out tax and compliance forms to spot confusing layout elements or field design flaws that drive people away. The tool automatically surfaces rage clicks, unresponsive input fields and JavaScript faults, then links every detected problem directly to funnel drop-off metrics. Clear funnel charts make it simple to quantify how much each UX pain point impacts form completion rates, giving our IT and finance teams clear, data-backed priorities for updates that lower portal-related support tickets week over week. Having all user journey data centralized in a single dashboard drastically cuts the time we spend reproducing client-reported issues.

**What do you dislike about Insightech?**

The custom reporting functionality feels very restricted for our Canadian compliance workflows. I regularly need to segment portal traffic by client province or business entity type for internal reviews, but the filtering tools require tedious manual data manipulation to pull usable datasets. When I export large volumes of historical session recordings for weekly UX audits, the dashboard suffers from noticeable lag that slows our review process significantly. There is no out-of-the-box connection to our proprietary finance CRM, so every time we need to cross-reference portal activity against client records, we must export raw Insightech data into Excel for manual matching. On top of that, the tiered pricing structure scales unfavorably; as we expanded tracked pages across our full client portal network, our monthly platform expenses rose substantially.

**What problems is Insightech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Insightech, we could only rely on vague aggregate metrics to guess why clients abandoned mandatory compliance and tax submission forms. We lacked a straightforward way to recreate reported usability bugs, leading to lengthy back-and-forth between our finance support team and web developers. This platform consolidates all user behavior tracking in one location, clearly highlighting specific friction points throughout the portal submission process. We now identify and resolve technical and layout-based issues far quicker, which has directly reduced the volume of client help desk tickets tied to portal navigation and form failures.

**What do you like best about Insightech?**

The built-in automatic PII masking is a game-changer for our German VC GDPR requirements, cutting out tedious manual redaction work. Funnel analytics and heatmaps quickly spot where limited partners abandon our investor portal. Exportable activity logs fit our CSRD reporting workflow perfectly, and German reference materials let our compliance team review analytics without IT support.

**What do you dislike about Insightech?**

CSRD report templates offer limited customization options. Bulk exports of multi-month session records lag heavily during annual audit windows. German-speaking live support only operates standard hours, leaving urgent compliance roadblocks unresolved right before filing deadlines.

**What problems is Insightech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously completed UX audits and data redaction entirely manually. Insightech secures investor personal data, locates portal friction points, and outputs audit-ready logs for regulatory filings. This slashes audit prep hours and lowers the risk of GDPR non-compliance penalties.

  ### 3. A one-stop shop for Quant and Qual

**What do you like best about Insightech?**

As a UX designer, it's hard to get buy-in for user testing, interviews, surveys, essentially qualitative research sources. Instead, Insightech helps to fill that gap with it's replays, click maps, scroll maps, pathing, funnels, and analytics, giving us the next best thing. Replays in Insightech are almost like sitting with the user and observing their behaviours, which gives us invaluable insights as to the performance of our websites.

It's easy to use, and easy to get tracking and offers rather robust segmentation features, including REGEX segmentation and dataLayer event tracking. It's incredibly easy to implement across platforms from completely custom tech stacks to the widely used shopify platform.

It's become a daily tool for our team and the customer support is exceptional. Would and will contninue to recommend.

**What do you dislike about Insightech?**

Nothing to dislike about Insightech. The support is exceptional so anything we've had problems with are solved near immediately.

**What problems is Insightech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Performance of digital experiences, identifying usability problems, monitoring A/B testing, creating shareable analytics dashboards, monitoring user engagement and bheaviours.

**What do you like best about Insightech?**

The ability to easily build funnels.
Super quick access to the replays and the ability to interact with these sessions to understand how customer interacted with the quote flow.
The dashboard provides so much additional information like the ability to compare segments and see what the impact of a particular change made to metrics.
We use it very frequently to also help us troubleshoot where customers are stuck or particular bugs are prevelant.
The ongoing support is second to none, no where else have we received this level of support and guidance. It's awesome!

**What do you dislike about Insightech?**

Nothing, its been great having the product

**What problems is Insightech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Understanding where customers drop off during the quote flow.
Help understand the differences between new tech and old tech when replatforming as part of System modernisation.
Identify particular cohort of customers and their behaviour.
Help identifying bugs and issues in the quote flow.

**What do you like best about Insightech?**

The ability to create segments based on what I customer saw throughout their journey. This allows you to get insights on past events without having to set up GTM to fire an event. We have localized stock availability this tool allowed us to see when I customer saw a product was out of stock based on their location. Another example was getting better visibility over how often 3rd party personalization events were triggering to better gauge the value of their services.

**What do you dislike about Insightech?**

You can filter the session records to a specific step in a funnel which is incredibly useful. I did find because the recordings are rebuilt from the session data they often had shutter and didn't always track the customer's mouse movements.

**What problems is Insightech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to track events retrospectively and without a huge investment in GA4.

**What do you like best about Insightech?**

Insightech can monitor activity sessions instead of sampling thus giving a much better picture on website usage. He stated that this has been very helpful in identifying areas of converstion friction and improving the campaign.

**What do you dislike about Insightech?**

Customizations of the dashboards seem to lack a certain kind of depth. For instance, the ability to define a new custom audience or, for instance, to zoom into a particular user navigation funnel.

**What problems is Insightech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insightech has eliminated the use of sampled data as we when get the total picture on user movements on our web site. This has resulted into better decisions that have enhanced the conversion rates and the performance of marketing campaigns.

**What do you like best about Insightech?**

The software is straightforward and easy to use. The team are fantastic and very knowledgeable, using direct feedback to create a personalised experience. They happily spent time with our team ensuring everyone had a good understanding of how to use the software, and the best ways to pull great insights from it.

**What do you dislike about Insightech?**

Some of the features weren't very intuitive to set up, but guidance was available on request which made it managable.

**What problems is Insightech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to jump right into the customer experience is beneficial. My most used feature is being able to search for a specific error term.

**What do you like best about Insightech?**

The platform allows us to easily filter millions of sessions down to relevant sessions, experiences, journeys or points of friction across all channels and devices.

The Insightech team is a pleasure to work with, with immense technical knowledge and clear, solution-oriented thinking offered consistently. They have also listened to the needs of our agency team, adding useful options and features. Implenting the platform itself has been one of the easiest experiences so far.

**What do you dislike about Insightech?**

Insightech is continuously being updated, so the team has to be ready for parts of the platform to change.

**What problems is Insightech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We run an in-depth UX and CRO program for a large ecommerce client in AU. Insightech has been instrumental to our agency building a wealth of knowledge on the user base and their behaviour. Our team uses Insightech on a weekly basis to perform qualitative user research, finding areas of friction, bugs or opportunities for improvement.

**What do you like best about Insightech?**

Insightech enables my team and I to trully understand how our customers are using our websites. We use it to identify any issues, make sure our new features are used the way they are meant to, and measure our A/B tests setup in Optimizely.
There is nothing the Insightech team can't do, they are always listening to feedbacks and improve their already great tool on a regular basis.
What makes Insightech so useful is the ability to create new segments based on CSS or Text element that were loaded in the page and retrieve old sesssions matching that segment. So you do not need to know in advance what you are looking for, you can always retrieve it later on. That in itself is priceless!

**What do you dislike about Insightech?**

Interface can be a little bit tricky sometimes and the account creation is not always seemless.

**What problems is Insightech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Insightech is our fail safe. We can rely on it to identify issues in no time (so we can fix them quicker).
It is also allowing us to ensure new features provide the best customer experience.

**What do you like best about Insightech?**

Insightech makes it possible for us to be proactive rather than reactive when it comes to identifying website issues, essentially streamlining the process by removing the need to try and replicate the bug and allowing us to identify what the exact issue is, how many users it is impacting and at what stage in their journey in a matter of minutes, thus making it easier and faster for us to flag to our developers and implement a fix. Insightech has allowed us to identify opportunities as well as friction points in the customer journey which have led us to make changes to our website that have had a significant and direct impact on conversion rate - revenue opportunities that we would have missed out on had we not had access to this tool and data. It has also allowed us to monitor the performance of new features as we roll them out. The Insightech team has been brilliant to work with and always goes the extra mile to ensure that we're making the most out of their product.

**What do you dislike about Insightech?**

The learning curve used to be a bit steep for non-technical users wanting to make the most out of this tool but Insightech is always rolling out updates to make using the tool easier and easier to use - we now have most teams in the business (e-commerce, marketing, customer experience) using it! Not to mention that the Insightech team is always more than willing and available to help.

**What problems is Insightech solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gives us visibility when it comes to website issues, streamlines the communication between our customer experience, e-commerce and dev teams, gives us the ability to identify UX and CRO opportunities, roll out improvements or new features and track the impact of any changes that we make on site.
