**What do you like best about Insider One?**

Support from onboarding team has been great. They have provided many work arounds and assistance in busy period. There are a lot of templates to use which are good starting points.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

Very slow ticket processing time if they have to go back to their developers to get something fixed or amended. Some product features need to be more streamlined to an australian market, ie countdown timers not be able to be created to end in multiple time zones.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to test use cases that would otherwise take weeks for our dev teams to code when we don't know the efficacy of each one. Also allowing us to personalise and target groups of customers on website journeys.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

We’ve been working with Insider for the past 6-7 months now and what we really like about the platform is that it’s capable of showing results from the first month itself. We believe it’s all because of their time that works 24*7 to make the tool implementation process faster.
We’ve been able to show personalized emails to boost engagement and conversions for a wide variety of use cases thanks to Insider’s exhaustive pre-built template store. Their template store has been extremely helpful in allowing us to get started pretty quickly with creating personalized campaigns for different user segments.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

There’s nothing specific that we can point out here, but one thing we’d like to add is in the initial stage, it’s sometimes difficult to get used to the platform. But with some frequent training sessions from the experts and continuous support from the customer success team, understanding all the features of the platform becomes easy.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were finding it difficult to engage with our inactive and churned users. That’s why we need a solution that could help us bring back those users to our website, and keep them engaged and retained. Thus, to re-develop interest among them, we decided to use email as a channel to communicate with them. It took us a few days to decide which platform we should use and then we came to know about Insider.
With the help of their Digital Growth team, we were able to create segmented email campaigns as well as newsletters. Given that all these campaigns were highly personalized, we observed a good opt-in rate. Not just that, we also achieved a conversion rate slightly higher than that we used to receive from the website.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

Insider’s Architect tool's cross-channel journeys helped us engage our customers on their most preferred channels. The ability to launch such sophisticated journeys for different user personas across websites proved extremely beneficial for us, boosting our conversion rates by 5%.

Apart from Architect, we also used the Web Suite, Smart Recommender, Web Push, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp tools. The Web Suite stood out with its journey orchestrator. It enabled us to personalize campaigns using easy pop-ups. The messages delivered by these pop-ups were used to promote our products, generate leads, and encourage users to for loyalty sign ups

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

The Web Suite's behavioral targeting allowed us to target customers based on their behavior on our website and mobile app. This enabled us to deliver more relevant and timely messages to our customers. Initially, understanding the entire process was somewhat challenging, but Insider’s support team assisted us throughout.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted a tool that consolidated all marketing channels into a single panel, which was easy to use and enabled us to create cross-website customer journeys with multiple channels. Insider’s product suite became a dream come true. They provided an easy-to-use platform suitable for multiple use cases. We had all channels under one dashboard, which empowered us with efficient go-to-market strategies and improved agility.

This 360 marketing automation boosted our conversion rates, including purchases, code registrations, and sign-ups, and reduced cart abandonment and bounce rates, improving our overall gross profit margin. Thank you, Insider, for all your support.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

Insider helped us prioritize and create truly meaningful experiences for our loyal customers. Starting from automatically segmenting our VIPs and loyal customers with RFM and predictive segments, to creating interactive, actionable, gorgeous campaigns on email and web suite optimized for conversion, Insider has helped us create a truly VIP experience that our customers deserve.Best part was that all our campaigns were designed to be actioned with fewer clicks right within channels like email. We were able to create gorgeous emails and take into account customer feedback and user preference at different touchpoints to make the experience truly unique and special.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

Deliverability was a concern for us initially since we switched from a different email provider. After following Insider’s automated warm-up process, our deliverability scores are in a good shape.

We realized that we needed to dive into retention strategies to influence our VIP customers into repeat purchases and increase revenue per user. Web Suite for its ability to run easy pop-up campaigns.We make good use of Architect’s pre-built templates because it enables us to launch and activate campaigns quickly. We save these as custom templates and then use different versions of it later.

The tools appear to be complex but they are super easy to use.

Our customer data was siloed and there was no way we could track and identify if it was the same customer browsing our app and webstore. Nothing major but we wish that the new updates or features could be rolled out across products simultaneously. We experience great results from one product, but that particular feature is not available in the other products, it is a little disappointing.

Presenting these products on our website in a manner that makes them easily discoverable for our customers was daunting. However, the Insider team went above and beyond to support our objectives. Of these, Eureka's AI-powered Search Recommendations feature stood out. It tailored search outcomes for every shopper based on their previous interests and anticipated behaviors, providing AI-driven search results and suggestions. This enhanced the customer experience and had a positive impact on our sales.

There's nothing we dislike about working with Insider. Their support team is responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend them.

The templates on Web suite made our design process very simple and we were able to create visually appealing campaigns across devices, keeping the integrity of the brand and maintaining consistency. We also experimented with the templates on Instory and were able to create engaging content very easily.

It was a little difficult for our team to shift to these tools, but the Insider team really helped us adapt really well to their training sessions.

Out of all the features that we have used till now, web push notifications and responsive banners have changed our business dynamics. Now it has become very easy for us to customize content for the users on our website with personalized product recommendations.

The analytics dashboard is too detailed for us. We would like to see more graphs to catch the right information quickly.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

-Testing ability before the campaigns go live. 
-It doesn’t require any tech knowledge.
-Tools don’t take time to understand. We have to applaud the automation power of the architect tool.

We have been using Insider’s tools for more than 3 years now, it's always wonderful to see updates almost every month.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were running campaigns across all the channels and getting a 0% open rate. Insider’s Architect tool saved our efforts and time. We used an advanced version of the A/B testing feature to determine the perfect time to send out communication with versatile temples.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

We didn’t have a dependable WhatsApp solution and Insider helped us solve our messaging channels issues. We are also created automated flows using Mindbehind. We are making our app more conversational and this is bringing us more revenue. 
Easy to use platform providing us good delivery rate.

Also, great support from the team with any issue faced.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

We’re having occasional trouble with halting already running WhatsApp campaigns. And we also need to start creating more conversational flows through Mindbehind. 

Reporting is not ideal yet, we can work on creating better ways to track the performance

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Better delivery rate led to higher open rate and therefore an upleft in conversation rate.
Campaign creation has become faster with the easy to use platform.

We are able to provide individualized experiences thanks to architect.  
Smart Recommender improved user engagement and helped boost conversion rates. 
The Mobile App's user-friendly design enhances the user experience by making interactions easy and enjoyable.

Getting used to the extensive feature set takes some time, but the customer support team makes understanding easy.

We were struggling to retain customers. However, Insider helped us connect with them with highly personalized and relevant messaging. The Architect tracked the customer journey and gave us a deep understanding of every customer’s preference. 

This data enabled us to recommend the right products using Smart Recommender and Mobile App Suite ensuring we connected with our customers on time. Insider helped us retain our customers and increase conversion.

**What do you like best about Insider One?**

We really love all the Insider products we’re using: Web Suite, Web Push, Smart Recommender, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Architect. 
We are extremely happy with the proactive support from the Customer Success team - they help address issues we face and also help with strategic inputs and ideas.

**What do you dislike about Insider One?**

Despite using so many of Insider’s products and channels, we initially encountered hurdles with app integration, which wasn’t ideal.

**What problems is Insider One solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main goal was to have an omnichannel engagement solution where we could run campaigns in different channels from a single platform. We managed to do that with Insider’s Inone platform, where we were able to create campaigns for each of these channels separately. With Architect, we built omnichannel journeys that connected email, SMS, and WhatsApp together for orchestrated messaging.
