What do you dislike about INSIDE by Powerfront?

I love how chat and SMS are integrated for agents, but it would be nice to have the option to combine searches or reporting for them. It is useful to report on those separately, but there are also times where combining them or searching through both at once would be a time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering INSIDE by Powerfront:

Powerfront has a really advanced chat system with smart triggers, it is also able to integrate with other support systems (such as Zendesk) to close the loop between chat and other communications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is INSIDE by Powerfront solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is a lot more efficient for our customer service team to help customers via chat or SMS and it is also typically faster for the customer to get resolution or assistance.
