What do you dislike about inretrn?

There isn’t much to dislike about Inretrn. They have gone through, and are still going through, a period of company growth and an industry focus on their core business. That has created some growing pains and a few bottlenecks, but it hasn’t been a big issue overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is inretrn solving and how is that benefiting you?

A great tool for both us and the customer, making the return process smoother and better overall. Digitalizing and optimizing the return process both for customers, warehouse and inhouse. It provides data and customer insights that we can feed into our data analysis to help shape and improve our products, as well as understand customer return behavior.
