No matter how complex a business problem you are trying to solve to ensure things happen automatically in line with internal and external client needs on their IP Cases, there is always a way to achieve this using Inprotech. It's the most flexible system I've ever worked with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's great for users who need to do a deep dive into case details and come with knowledge for where to find things in the system, but for new or infrequent users, the amount of information can be overwhelming. Would be good if there was an "Inprotech Light" option for users that just need a high level overview. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
