What do you like best about Inovalon Direct Data Entry Verification?

If this is referring to the Eligibility section or the manual claim entry section. I would have to say the accurate and fast response when eligibility is being confirmed, as well as the Data entry portion for charge entry Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inovalon Direct Data Entry Verification?

The only issue that I can think of from Data entry verification is that when a claim is rejected the payer will advise the provider to contact Inovalon, But then Inovalon would direct me back to the payer so when a provider is doing data entry for Inovalon to be used as the clearinghouse this sometimes can be challenging for a provider Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Inovalon Direct Data Entry Verification solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our agency does not have many issues with this, however there have been several issues that have been resolved with the charge entry direct data entry (rejections from payers) that Inovalon support has assisted with. The one instance that I can recall was that all claims on the professional claims was not indicating the payment amount and the issue was quickly resolved by Inovalon support within a reasonable time frame I believe it was 24-48hrs. I was very impressed. The follow up with the Inovalon support tickets is very efficient and easy to follow along with via digital responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
