The most helpful feature in Inovalon for me is the claims ledger. This allows quicker, efficient reporting for the agency revenue, The system is very user friendly and has the ability to create a AR report for your staff with many different filters and categories Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one thing that I dislike is that professional/ institutonal claims do not have the same format, When I am doing reports I would like for both formats to generate the same data and if the system could provide the # of units for the claim and not separate each service line units/hours with a comma it will allow for faster reconciling of the units/hours billed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
