What do you like best about Inovalon Claims Management Pro?
It’s nice that we can transmit from MatrixCare into Inovalon. We can also edit claims and bill secondary payers through Inovalon. Customer service has been great as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Inovalon Claims Management Pro?
I don’t think the main screens are very user-friendly, and they require a bit of training to get comfortable with. Editing claims can be confusing as well. That said, customer support does help with the learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
