The most useful thing about Innosabi is the Campaigns feature. I think that is the USP of the platform as it helps to create an effective idea management setup. Though, I would love to have a more in-depth training for the same to understand all the features.<br><br>The toolbox functionality is a step in a good direction, and hope that develops better and faster in the future.<br><br>And definitely the CSM support is great and super helpful! It is a disintegrated tool from our normal tools ecosystem! For big corporates, they usually have a Microsoft or Google suite, therefore the Program pages, events, articles sort of compete with Sharepoint, MS Teams etc. and do not add any additional value.<br><br>Love the campaigns, but sometimes setting up can be a pain as there are a lot of settings which could be confusing.
