What do you like best about innosabi?

Innosabi's Insight platform is fairly easy to get going and use immediately, although you know you are missing features as you can see the power of the program they've built. However, you never need to worry because their customer service is top notch - quick response times, issues always resolved, and happy to go above/beyond to find a solution for you, no matter what you ask. The system is also easy to integrate into your own SSO platforms which makes using it seamless and easy for others in your organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about innosabi?

Their platform is so loaded with features it can be hard to use and remember them all. At times the power is almost too complex, especially when you want to do a simple easy search. That can at time require more advanced managing of the system to get what you need from it, although their customer service will quickly tell you how to do it so at least you don't have to spend a lot of time working it out yourself. What problems is innosabi solving and how is that benefiting you?

In short - loads of data analyzed in seconds to instant insights. Innosabi allows our team to search technical spaces to identify emerging science, funding status, leading researchers/academics/organizations, what our competitors are doing as well as potential startups or new partners to consider - all in the click of a button. Their platform also does amazing visual indication of the background data analysis allowing users to quickly see in a visual way what topics are most prevalent.
