What do you like best about InMoment Experience Improvement (XI) Platform?
The tool has been useful in getting the specific number for CSAT scores from our customers. It has a option to set scores from 1 to 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about InMoment Experience Improvement (XI) Platform?
Currently, there is no way to set an expiration for the survey link once sent. Also, there are instances that customers can rate the same survey more than once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
