What do you like best about Ingentis org.manager?

I think the best part of Ingentis org.manager is its flexibility and customization capabilities. It can be customized at any level, which is incredibly beneficial for our specific needs. The consultants are very helpful in guiding us through the configuration options. The tool provides a user experience that is easy and intuitive, making it simple to access and understand data, which is key for navigating our organization's structure. Additionally, the setup wasn’t hard at all with the guidance of Ingentis' consultants, allowing us to be up and running quickly. What do you dislike about Ingentis org.manager?

On rare occasions the user experience provided by Ingentis org.manager doesn't match our stakeholders' vision. This has happened a couple of times. However, the support team is very helpful in addressing these issues, whether by planning enhancements into their product roadmap or finding workarounds. Ingentis org.manager solves visualization of reporting lines and facilitates organization analytics, simulation, and scenario creation for our organization. It's flexible, customizable, and provides an intuitive user experience, improving access to organization data and understanding of our organization for our employees, executives and HR teams.
