I have had a great experience with Infuro ERP because they understand our business flow and customize the system around our needs instead of just giving us ERP software. They customized modules like CRM, Sales, Inventory, Production, Accounts, and HRM, which bring every department to one place and help me monitor tasks, efficiency, and work processes. I value the fully customized Production System because I can monitor each sales order, how much is made, what is still pending, and which machines are in queue. The software makes our business processes simpler and convenient, and helps us handle most things easily instead of tracking data through registers and Excel sheets. Their team is very helpful and supportive, even on holidays and Saturdays. When we do not understand something, they gently explain what went wrong and provide a solution without judging us. The initial setup was quite easy because they helped us understand every module and customized the software for our production needs.
