I like the PhishSim tab in order to create custom phishing email campaigns, I like the dashboard upon logging in, and I really like the ever expanding content of quick videos on several topics. There is also a really nice way to schedule emails to go out on specific dates or intervals, and you can customize the welcome email with your company's branding and your own greeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Infosec IQ? The AwareEd section could be a little easier to step through, and has some slightly annoying shortcomings. It's not difficult if you complete the prompts. One feature that would make this section better is under the Assessments and Courses tabs, the user cannot actually view the content of the pre built assessments. You only have the ability to clone them and then start editing them, or building your own custom assessment from scratch. While the customization aspect is definitely a strong suit, sometimes basic functionality is forgotten on certain screens. The other thing I disliked was the fact that once you create a new "Learner" in the system, you cannot edit their email address. You also cannot export all learners very cleanly to an excel report. The ability to edit the email address would make editing employees much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ: Take the time to view all of the features of the product and ask several questions to the implementation consultant / customer success manager. The support team is great. We've enjoyed the application, its features, the content, and the customization that comes with the tool. I would also say it's nice to add your own company specific content to the content library which can be nicely distributed on specific schedules, with custom emails built to welcome employees to the training platform. Raising information security and cyber security awareness, mandatory training for new hires, annual security training for all employees, and learning more about GDPR, PCI, HIPAA, etc. We are also building more targeted phishing scams and fraud awareness with certain employees. This protects us and our clients from the constant threat of impostors and malicious links. It's impacted our work because the platform provides a lot of relevant content off the shelf, but also allows you to upload and edit SCORM files to add your own custom content.
