What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

The emails that are delivered do look authentic. It forces the user to really look it over. Once they find out, it keeps your users on their toes. It helps you know the employees that are most click on links and open attachments that they shouldn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

Every once in a while browsers, firewalls, and virus protection figures out the system and marks the email links as spam. In some cases this takes time to figure out settings to make the email appear properly to the end user. Sometimes Infosec needs to make the change on their end. What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps keep malicious software off of the network. I can better identify the users on the network that tend to click on things. It creates a full report for each user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
