"InfoSec is a solid SaaS solution for anti-phishing education"

5/5

What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

Initially setting up InfoSec was straight forward and easy to do. The InfoSec team also provided great support during the configuration process and were great with all my questions. An overall easy-to-use product for mailing out phishing attempts to your employees, tracking their performance, and providing training to those who need it most. What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

Overall I think the product holds together quite nicely. The one feature I think it could have used was a clearer representation of the "layers" on how the features are organized to work together. For example, there are email templates, that can be grouped together in batteries, which in turn can be used in campaigns. There were a few of these layered features that could be better represented, perhaps graphically, to provide a faster way to understand. It wasn't particularly a huge issue, though. Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:

Spend time thinking about what kinds of phishing emails will be more likely to catch your employees. While InfoSec provides a great library of ready-to-use templates, we found making our own that were tailored to our employees and what they do, was most effective in catching them clicking links when they shouldn't be. What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

We're training all our employees on how to spot phishing emails which make it through our filters and to not click on them. We're currently in the middle of wrapping our first campaign and plan to push a large initiative on training afterwards. The goal will be to better protect ourselves through education as phishing remains one of the top ways networks are compromised from the outside. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
