"Lots of content and topics to educate your employees"

4.5/5

What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

There is a ton of content in many different areas to utilize when educating employees. There is even content we never though about training on.

IQ also allows you to create your own content.

The interface is easy to use.

There are also really good tracking abilities to see how successful campaigns are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

While there is a lot of content to choose from, not all the material is good. Some of the questions to use on tests are confusing. Some of the content is a little outdated. As I was reviewing some of the material, I wondered if the scammers had taken it too. An example is phishing emails used to be call to actions or have some urgency to them. We see a lot of phish, that looks like normal emails. From all appearances they look like any of our regular email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:

The biggest thing we found was reviewing the material that users were getting before assigning it. Some of the material may be confusing, or maybe not as current as it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?

As our organization has grown, we have seen considerably more attacks trying to gain access to our emails, networks, or trying to get money. We recognized the need to educate our staff. IQ helps us do that. We do not have to try and develop our training tools. A more educated staff has led to higher vigilance, detecting scams before falling for them.
