What problems is Infor CPQ (Configure Price Quote) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Infor CPQ is critical to our operations. We have more than 2,000 weekly users executing self-service quoting across a complex product set. The Enterprise Quoting platform has allowed us to incorporate an extensive set of business requirements that are specific to our business. We provide our dealer and distributor networks not only with the ability to generate initial quotes, but also with multi-round, negotiated pricing agreements that are executed and tracked through Enterprise Quoting.

Through the 3D Automation tools, we provide thousands of fully automated, configuration-specific shop drawings per day. These drawings are generated in near real time and provisioned back to the quote, allowing our dealers to incorporate them into a richer proposal package. The configuration aspect of CPQ is central to our manufacturing practice, and the tools provide BOMs, routings, machine integration data, and MDM enrichment data at scale in a large implementation.
