What do you like best about Infor CloudSuites (M3)?

What I like best about Infor M3 is how reliable and structured it is for finance and operational processes. I have experience using both the older Movex version and Infor M3, and I find that M3 gives better visibility, stronger control, and a clearer end-to-end view of transactions.

From a finance perspective, it is useful for tracking invoices, purchase orders, postings, reconciliations, and account activity in one place. The audit trail is especially helpful when investigating differences or checking the source of a transaction.

Although the system can look complicated at first, once you understand the navigation and process flow, it becomes a very powerful ERP solution for managing high-volume data and supporting month-end finance tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infor CloudSuites (M3)?

What I dislike most about Infor M3 is that the system is not always very intuitive, especially for new users. The navigation and screen layouts can feel complicated at first, and it takes time to understand where everything sits and how different processes connect.

Some screens also feel quite old-fashioned, especially when compared with newer cloud-based finance tools. Since I have used both the older Movex version and M3, I can see that M3 is more powerful, but the user interface could still be more modern and easier to use.

What problems is Infor CloudSuites (M3) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Infor M3 helps solve the problem of having finance and operational information spread across different places. It brings purchase orders, invoices, postings, inventory-related transactions, and financial data into one system, which makes it easier to track activity from start to finish.

For me, the main benefit is visibility and control. I can investigate transactions, check account activity, follow audit trails, and support reconciliations more efficiently. This is especially useful during month-end tasks, where accuracy and timing matter.
