What do you like best about Influitive?

It helps me automate and streamline acts of advocacy Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Influitive?

The UX/UI generally is super clunky. The system has CONSTANT outages and bugs. It's really frustrating to have to work around the system that's supposed to be enabling you. The email functionality is laughable - they send daily challenge digest emails "every day at 12pm EST", but more often they're sent around 3pm, and once they were sent at 7pm, which is unacceptable. When I wrote in to support, I was told that it's simply because of their server capacity - the more emails being sent, the longer the delays. Well, we've been experiencing consistent delays for the 1.5 years I've been using Influitive, so they should prooobably look into maybe getting some more servers???

It also feels like product updates are few and far between. And when they do release an update, it's for something trivial or not super impactful. I wish I knew what was on their roadmap long-term, because what has been released isn't promising. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
