## Infinity Reviews
  ### 1. Flexible Tool with Great Customization, But Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikey S. | Owner/CEO of OrangeWave Creative Media, Media Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

One thing I really love about Infinity is the one-time lifetime license, which allows me to utilize all of its powerful capabilities without a monthly subscription. I also like that it's flexible and you can set it up the way that you want to, so you're not locked into one use case. You can make it your own and make it be what you need it to be for your business.

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

It can be hard to get something set up. They have some pretty good templates, but because you can make it be whatever you want it to be, it can take a little bit of time to figure out how you want it set up in a way that's actually helpful. They do have some pretty good training and support but, it can be a little bit overwhelming at first with the fairly steep learning curve.

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Infinity helps me manage multiple tasks and projects for different clients, track progress and what's done, and handle feedback efficiently.

  ### 2. All Features You Need for Flawless Work Management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mureed a. | Web Developer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

Infinity with a One-time payment provides all Trello features with automation and the support of team collaboration. The support is beneficial and fast. Infinity is a very rabid tool that can be a Trello alternative in the near future for many companies

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

The limitation in the use of reports and other integration with the most powerful tools in the market like dropbox or even google drive which can make a big difference if they support it soon.

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

managing team work for about 5 employees in my company, the automation and recurring features can make reminders for many tasks and even payments for my customers.

  ### 3. Team Boards That Boost Transparency and Prioritization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon W. | Performance Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

The way in which we can build team boards for full transparency on what members are up to and their priorities

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

Receiving an email notification when any update is made to any activity - having an opt out for comms coming through depending on what happens would be great

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication on various tasks and responsibilities with teams that we have contact with as well as those that are in different areas of the business

  ### 4. Best everyday software I had in 25+ years of my digital business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

It is really Infinity.

The way you can customize your data, the amount of it, automations, integrations, etc.

* Customers service is like 10 stars out of 5. Yes! They are amazing, reply in 5 min. or less, always trying to solve problem and think out of the box. Not scripted answers.

* Constant Updates anb bug solving. It just becomes better over time.

* They listen to customers.

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

API structure is a bit complicated, but doable.
Copying filters to different folders is still not possible.

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Everything that is related to lists, calculations, data storage. From taks, accounting of many companies, assets management, meetings, projects roadmaps, Ads metrics tracking... anything.

  ### 5. Possibly the Best "Grow Your Own" Business Data Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allen G. | Professor of Practice, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2023

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

Infinity is a stable product with active and ongoing development. There is also a thriving community of users and developers. Infinity is a unique product in the space in that it doesn't target any specific need--rather a broad range of needs. There are many templates for many different use cases. So this is an exceptional tool, whether you're building a CRM, a product roadmap, a project management app, or any of a myriad other use cases.

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

Infinity does require a bit of customization and it has a steep learning curve. Because of the complexity of the product, it really takes a level of planning and expertise to plan out how you want to use it. Because of this, there is not a good way to document all of the features so that you can follow a road map for specific use cases. So its weakness may be in that it is complicated and featureful--which is also an advantage.

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I primarily use Infinity for object organization and roadmap planning. Used in conjunction with a project management tool, Infinity plugs gaps that no stand-alone product can fill.

  ### 6. Infinity review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** BETO S. | Ecommerce Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2021

  ### 7. Tons of flexibility but still plenty of room to grow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ted C. | Admin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

I've used Airtable in the past, and this is definitely a sort of Airtable knock off, but I definitely don't mean that in a bad way. Obviously Airtable is years ahead of Infinity, but it feels like they're catching up very quickly. The platform is super flexible and can handle most things you want to throw at it. Also terrific support.

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

It's not quite as mature as Airtable is yet, but of course that'll come with time. The mobile app also seems a bit clunky, but it's nice that they've built one.

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've used this for mostly project/work management type work so far, but I plan to use it in the future for personal organization as well.

  ### 8. Awesome! I love the app!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John H. | Sr. Analyst / Sr. Project Manager , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

The templates, integrations and automations. I like how it helps me stay organized and run my business.

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

Im looking forward to more integrations and automations

**Recommendations to others considering Infinity:**

I looked at the following use cases. Managing tasks, project management between large teams, time tracking (Ghant charts, calendars), data collection (surveys and forms). Data analytics, Integrations its connected to pabbly and zapier, automations internally and they have some amazing templates and any of this content and be shared with the public like road maps.

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

tracking and management

  ### 9. Great workflow management tool!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

Love the ability to create and copy workflows we commonly go through for client onboarding and account management towards a commercial deal

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

I wish there was a bit more flexibility in the data type that can us used

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Infinity for workflows we commonly go through with client onboarding and account management towards a commercial deal

  ### 10. Store and manage data the easy way!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dominic C. | Writer and Publisher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2021

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

It's simple for beginners, you don't need any complicated tutorial to get started. You can level up and add more complexity to your datasets once you get used to the interface. Also, we really enjoy collaborating as a team to improve our work efficiency

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

In the past, I experienced several outages as an early adopter, but things are much better now

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ability to visualise our data in a clean view to improve our work efficiency eg work schedule, itemised lists, store ideas and plans, group important documents and creating basic calculation

  ### 11. Great affordable PMS!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

Infinity is a great option that allows a lot of flexibility for small businesses. It allows for different views, filters, etc. to meet a lot of needs.

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

I wish they had a dash boarding feature. Also wish there was a better progress tracker and sub-tasks.

**Recommendations to others considering Infinity:**

It's great if you have a limited budget and lots of collaborators

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My nonprofit uses this to manage the many projects we are juggling all at once. It makes it easy for us to collaborate, assign action items, and see which stage a project is at at any given time.

  ### 12. Very Flexible Database/Project Management Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Craig D. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

Infinity is the Swiss Army Knife of business information software. It's an online database/project management tool that can be configured to manage just about any information. While Salesforce started as a CRM and evolved to be a database platform that can be used for a variety of purposes, Infinity started off that way. In database terms, their "boards" are like databases and the folders and subfolders within a board are tables, and "items" are records. You can create almost any type of field, including formula fields and importantly reference fields - so you can connect folders/tables to each other (like a contact to a company). And you can create various views (tabs) including Kanban (like Trello), Gantt chart, table, etc. And for having as much functionality as it does, it maintains a fairly simple interface and is very intuitive to use. You don't get overwhelmed like you can with some software, and you don't need to be technical to be productive with it pretty quickly.

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

As a newer application, there is still some room for improvement, but they are developing at a rapid pace. The mobile app can still use some improvements as well - for instance, there isn't a calendar view like on desktop.

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a super tool to manage projects and communicate with customers. I can set up a board for a customer that has all the information on all aspects of the project including the options they are considering, with comments, notes, and even ratings - so we can easily stay on the same page and not have to rely on digging through emails to find everything.

  ### 13. Infinity and Beyond

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dale D. | IT and Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

Ease of use. Simple UI and most function needed for project management is available. Infinity boasts functionality that is comparable with other Management tool. A powerful but simple tool that is a must for small to medium teams that needs a streamlined workflow and operations monitoring.

Given the pricing scheme, it's a winner.

Support is top-notch. Response time is very commendable

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

New platform compared to long running tools of the same function

**Recommendations to others considering Infinity:**

Cost effective, Easy to use, Simplified UI

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using a another paid platform but the cost is pushing us back considering the current size of the team and the needs for a management tool. With the current pricing scheme it is very cost effective

  ### 14. Early days but it is getting there

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richie E. | Research & Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

Sure you can have templates and everything but as someone working in the IT industry, I like that you can start building your data models first and then you can have a selection of views on the fly -- list, kanban, even calendar view.

Aside from that, their roadmap is visible for everyone to see.

Moreover, you can get quick and personal support.

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

Since it is early days, it can still have bugs that cost me good amount of data. It was a bug that reset a date field on all ~3-months worth of my data and it happened when I did a seemingly normal movement of data between folders. I never got back my data even after supoprt figured out the fault in their system that caused the bug.

**Recommendations to others considering Infinity:**

Infinity is definitely worth trying out for small teams at first. I believe if they get enough support, they can still build a great product. They do have Lifetime Deals (LTDs) which is a great value if you consider where they're headed.

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team and I used Infinity as a collaboration tool for our WFH setup. Aside from the usual project and ticket tracking, its flexibility allowed us to make boards even to make our COVID-related health status visible within the team to help us keep watch of one anothers' health.

  ### 15. Loving it so far

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2020

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

So far, I have really enjoyed the flexibility of the program. And the fact that Infinity very clearly listens to their users about features and how they are used, that is huge. The flexibility of the new options allows users to really personalize how they use the program.

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

Being a new program, there are a few things missing, but I have found ways around them so I am not overly concerned.

**Recommendations to others considering Infinity:**

Just recognize that they are new-ish and therefore they have room to grow.

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a way to manage my time and my projects, which is the easiest way to manage my work. The ability to do that with one program is fantastic.

  ### 16. Addie Skinner - Anedot

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Addison S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 29, 2020

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

I like the ease of the interface. It works seamlessly!

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

We're relatively new, but I haven't found any issues so far!

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easy for my team to track our progress on our projects, keep timelines, and keep communication on each level of the project centralized.

  ### 17. Very good product that needs a bit of polish

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2020

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

Infinity is kind of like Trello and AirTable mashed together, which isn't a bad thing. It makes it much easier to manage complex projects that have multiple pieces to put together.

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

The product still lacks some polish. I've noticed that sometimes comments don't always show up and it's probably not as complete as some competitors. The flexibility outweighs these negatives though.

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it for project management as we build external education documents for our customers. We have appreciated the increased flexibility it has given us over Trello and similar solutions.

  ### 18. A great organization tool for businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Micheal P. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2019

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

The open-ended structure makes it an amazing tool for organizing almost anything. I use it for my business, but I suspect it would be just as helpful for research, passwords management, everyday stuff like shopping lists, you name it.

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

The youth of the platform and the open-ended structure means that there's a learning curve and the UX/UI isn't the best.

**Recommendations to others considering Infinity:**

Be sure you're ready to spend some time setting things up for your unique needs. Coa, their main sales and support guy, is really fantastic and he will help get you started, but ultimately you're the one who knows your needs better than anyone else, so you'll be responsible for setting it all up as you need it.

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organization. I use it to manage and organize literally everything in my business. From daily task management to client accounts, financial documents, SOP documents, metrics and reporting, meetings, and on and on. Anything involving data can be organized here so you always know where things are.

  ### 19. Already powerful but that's just the beginning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michał A. N. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 12, 2019

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

Infinity gives you unprecedented support (just today I had a Skype call with CTO) and you get help with onboarding (you can easily have a call with demonstration and walk-trough). Moreover the whole team listens to user voices/suggestions/complaints (there's a dedicated forum and FB group) and every two weeks or so they publish a new set of feature updates.

And if we talk about features, there's plenty of flexibility: only your imagination limit you with what you can get done in Infinity. Currently, there are 4 views (list, column/kanban, calendar, table) and a few dozens of attributes for each item (text, long text, date, phone, email address, number, rating, etc).

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

Although there so much power in Infinity, it still has a few things on the roadmap that haven't been published yet (like recurring events and more types of templates) - that's because it's relatively young service. Still, the team is bold enough to make pivotal changes if they mean more value for the users.

**Recommendations to others considering Infinity:**

Read Infinity Community Forum at https://community.startinfinity.com to get better idea what other users think.

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps organize current tasks and operations, provides framework for long-term development and stores employees and customer data.
