What do you like best about Infinity?

That is allowed me to makes changes to patient information without all the bells and whistles other programs have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infinity?

That it was not intuitive. Epic, another program that was used by the hospital could not force changes to take place in Infinity. We had to use both programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Infinity:

To make sure that other programs are able to both receive and make changes in Infinity. For the hospital I worked with, information only flowed 1 way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?

That front line staff in the hospital could not make changes in Epic and it affect our workflow in Infinity; that was great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
