The convenience that ValueFirst Email offered was very good. It was easy to operate, and the mass emailing exercise was easy to handle. Adding my contact list and creating simple HTML e-mail templates were easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ValueFirst Email did not offer many sophisticated segmentation features. I was unable to select particular customers according to their age, gender, purchases, etc. This meant my email blasts were sent to a large number of people who may not be interested in the content of the email.
