What do you like best about InfiniteWatch?

What I like most about Infinitewatch is how clean and responsive the real-time dashboard is. Setting up custom alerts took us less than an hour, and it has drastically reduced our incident response time. What do you dislike about InfiniteWatch?

The initial configuration for custom alert thresholds can take a bit of trial and error to get right without flooding my inbox. What problems is InfiniteWatch solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using it, our team spent way too much time manually digging through logs across different servers whenever a system bottleneck occurred. Now, having centralized telemetry and real-time performance alerts helps us spot and fix issues in minutes instead of hours.
