What I like best about this platform is the combination of strong functionality and exceptional support. The system is powerful, reliable, and truly cutting edge, with new capabilities and improvements being rolled out regularly. This steady pace of innovation makes it easy for us to stay ahead of our event needs. On top of that, the customer service is outstanding—our project manager and the support team are consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive. They also provide support across multiple time zones and regions, along with 24/7 chat support, which has been incredibly helpful when we’re working on tight timelines or after‑hours needs.
