What do you like best about inefi Spotlight?

The most helpful thing about Inefi Spotlight is the ability to have 24 seven real time monitoring on my estate, I no longer have to worry about guessing which devices are working, which devices are down. I can confidently promote the readiness of my critical devices for trading and driving up customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about inefi Spotlight?

The downsides of using inefi Spotlight is that the job that used to take hours is now done very quickly ans efficiently. Which means I now have to find something else to do in the time which I have gained and maybe also look at reducing my headcount. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is inefi Spotlight solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problems inefi Spotlight is solving is the historic lack of visibility of my peripherals connected to my critical device for example receipt printers, scanners and touchscreens.

The main benefit now is that I have full visibility of the core device and the peripherals. so I can ensure that the scanners the printers the touchscreens and the core terminals are up and running - ready to serve my staff who are serving our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
