The implementation had the normal ups and downs and learning curve, we focused on pressure-testing both the integrations and the core setup well before they hit production, running 9 mock go lives total prior to turning on our system live. We did some unique work to pull Amazon fulfillments and payments into inecta, alongside Shopify orders and payments from additional sources like TikTok and Paypal. We are processing 30,000 to 40,000 transactions a month and are now in a steady rhythm, and are able to close our books in days instead of months!
