**Reviewed by:** Aditya C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2023

**What do you like best about INE?**

All the topics are categorized which helps us to understand at which level we are standing and can plan to learn topic wise very clearly

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Previously it was bit difficult in accessing labs. But it is absolutely clear in accessing and completing the labs

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have any business related accounts with INE how ever as a student and tech aspirant i have well support in resloving issues

  ### 2. Lots of courses

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrew H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2023

**What do you like best about INE?**

The platform offers a lot of courses covering many various subjects. There are defined pathways for the many certificates that are offered. The hands-on labs provide walkthroughs and experience.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Some labs and coursework are dated. Namely, the Android mobile content should be updated and expanded using the OWASP MASVS/MASTG as a guide. Certificates are not included in most job postings and not widely recognized by HR recruiters.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The hands-on labs greatly help. The platform provides learning through experience for many subjects. Certifications help to open doors for interview opportunities, but they are not widely recognized in job postings/HR.

  ### 3. Learning and practicing in one place

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diego H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2023

**What do you like best about INE?**

What I like the most about the platform is that provides real practices that are necessary for your daily activities and the instructors are well prepared so that gives you confidence to keep yourself motivated

**What do you dislike about INE?**

What I found something that should improve is that there is to few certifications that are non security related, they offer a lot of courses from different areas but there are too few certifications

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently I am an intern at my company, so INE is helping me to keep developing my skills as well as learn new things, getting certified is very important for me because it will help me when my internship program ends

**Official Response from Chrystal Sills:**

> Hi! We love that you love practicing with us! We continuously update our materials according to our students' needs (like the ICCA). We will have more certifications throughout the year and beyond.

  ### 4. The best IT training

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pregie Amor G. | Sr. Network Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2022

**What do you like best about INE?**

INE's IT training and certification preparation will equip us with the skills necessary to address today's issues while also preparing for the future. INE instructors, who are some of the most respected and tenured industry experts, generate all of our training materials in-house. The training covers areas like networking, cyber security, cloud computing, and data science, all of which are in high demand.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

The price is too high, and the easiest way to remedy this is for them to give pricing based on the subscriber's country of domicile. It can also be more difficult to persuade our company to pay for our training as a subscription once it is completed.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are numerous paths to choose from and learn about. I purchased an INE premium subscription due to the cybersecurity component, but I later discovered the networking and cloud components, which I will investigate more. Many experiments, easy-to-follow slides, and videos help you better comprehend what you're learning.

  ### 5. Super In dept explanation of all topics by very knowledgeable instructors

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew B. | Student General Employee/ Acting Student Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2023

**What do you like best about INE?**

The instructors go super in depth on all topics. Along with spending a lot of time breaking down complex topics into simple understadable concepts they also have GNS3 simulation labs which is fantastic.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Im going through the CCNP Encore course. I think they should also add in the verification of configurations in their simulation excersices to show what to expect.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me further enhance and grow my career by providing various courses on Networking among other tracks.

  ### 6. INE gives a ton of material and labs that you cant find anywhere else.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casey S. | IT specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 08, 2022

**What do you like best about INE?**

I learned about INE while watching a broadcast with a special cybersecurity specialist guest who mentioned the INE as being the best platform used to learn or strengthen your cybersecurity skills. Little did I know, INE offers much more than just cybersecurity knowledge, they also offer networking, programming, and certifications! They also offer boot camps for anyone interested in taking that sort of approach. The user community they have developed is beneficial for several scenarios as well. INE offers everything you could need to go from beginner to certified in whatever amount of time you choose.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

The only downside I can think of is some of the prices for some of the materials. Nothing specifically, but I believe education should be affordable for everyone. Though I am confident that INE will have something to offer everyone, even those who can't afford subscriptions and such.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are filling the GAP in the world of cybersecurity for women. They are helping me as a woman to fill that gap and to pursue my goals in cybersecurity. It also aids in my college studies toward my cybersecurity specialization degree.

  ### 7. Goods course

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2023

**What do you like best about INE?**

the ability to include subtitles on training videos, interesting laboratories, structuring of the submitted material

**What do you dislike about INE?**

there is no way to save the entire learning path to favorites, only separate courses from the learning path and the folder with the wounds becomes not decently loaded

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

skills for real-life applications

  ### 8. Worth trying INE for Learning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2023

**What do you like best about INE?**

It covers a wide range of Information Technology area that are in-depth and afforable to learn at all budgets if serious enough about gaining certifications from INE. They have also improved alot f there learning modules to be less death by powerpoint to more interactive with videos that can explain things better.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Some of the labs can be unresponsive or crash more often than i would like. Labs could also be a bit more informative to how they determine which IPs to assess rather than assuming that it would be the next one up (though this could just be me not seeing this information)

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They have been improving the overall user and modules experience, making it easier to learn by being able to play videos and listen in background than being stuck having to read especially when you have little time and cant necesary read the material

  ### 9. Could be better at explaining stuff and basics

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanish J. | Sales Operations Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2023

**What do you like best about INE?**

The best part was the online labs i completed
It was really helpful to understand and work with all the practical hands on training.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

The least helpful thing about ine is that they don't let us use our own machines with vpns like some other online platforms do. Their instructors seem to be reading from somewhere which and they don't usually teach the basics

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is teaching me a lot of industry specific work and making me upgrade myself. An added advantage is that their ejpt certificate is getting more traction and it's really helpful for me.

  ### 10. Good institution

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Walid H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2023

**What do you like best about INE?**

The penetration testing courses are good specially the ECPPT. The ECPTX (advanced course) teach you alot of technical stuff about active directory. close to real world.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

i faced alot of issue with the lab in the past. Ithink now things are better.
The content of the ECPTX is not very well organized and the labs are not stable

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

they had previously alot of problems with the LAB, but i think not it is much better. The new online lab is much more efficient and make you life easier. Would recommend it.

  ### 11. Well structured video courses with excellently performing labs.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Peter C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2023

**What do you like best about INE?**

There are many online video providers for networking but INE sets itself apart from the others (like Udemy or CBT) by having labs that are detailed, easy to use and perform excellently. Obviously you can also pay thousands other forms of learning but this is the best balance in my opinion.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

- No practice exams. just some practice questions.
- Can sometimes be dull, but then again it isn't exactly space warfare.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need specialist knowledge for both passing exams and understanding the networking required to do my job. INE has a wide variety of topics.

  ### 12. Easy to use and amazing training!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aaron D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2023

**What do you like best about INE?**

My number one thing is the ease of use. The courses are very straightforward, easy to navigate and to the point! The videos with the lessons make learning so much easier for me as I am a visual learner.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

The only dislike that I can come up with is the quality of the pentesting/hacking lessions. But this could be skewed do to the quality of brians lessons as set the bar very high.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has definitely help me with learning for security protocols. I have learned so much when it comes to network and email security.

  ### 13. Had a good learning experience with eTHPv2 course and hands-on labs.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aroma R. | Information Security Officer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2023

**What do you like best about INE?**

Hands-on labs were really good, and the teaching method with videos and slides suited my style. The information provided is well explained and doesn't require much of external research as external resources are also provided to study more about the topic.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Need a platform like Discord to interact with trainers and other students to clear doubts and issues. The current interacting environment is not good and I mostly didn't see any valid response.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

INE provides good training on all topics and for students of all levels. Their prices are also reasonable and give really good discounts during the festive seasons

  ### 14. Easy so far

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2023

**What do you like best about INE?**

I like everything but the way the instructor teaches each and every topic with neatness and clarity.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

The one thing I didn't like from one is it's not up to date some of the courses please update based on real-world scenarios it would help full us and you also

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As of now, i don't have any problems to solve with the INE

Instructor explanation of topics is more elaborated which helps for a beginner

For some of the topics labs are not being provided and need to have our own lab setup for executing or practicing them which will leave beginners in a dilemma

Being a novice in Cyber security field, INE course curriculum gives clear picture on what exactly is the field like and how to traverse through filed.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Giorgio C. | Cyber Security Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2023

**What do you like best about INE?**

It was easy to understand, intuitive and great guidelines. You have a lot of different courses and well distributed. You can choose between different topics of cybersecurity in quite a smooth way.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Nothing in particular, i suggest to add a simulation on the courses that may be help for similar scenarios. I also suggest to make the quiz more difficult and less linked to the video or slide sessions.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it gives the opportunity to try what you studied as a penetration tester in a real scenario simulation. For sure i was more pushed to wake up and study or prove my skills.

  ### 19. Excellent eLearning site

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly problems related to the improvement of the cybersecurity posture in my organization through knowledge and training through the platform .

  ### 22. INE as a company is slowly redeeming themselves since my first experience.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew G. | Manager of Quality Assurance and Training, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about INE?**

The recent updates INE has made to their certification "training" is an enormous improvement. I have only scrolled through the eJPTv2, but I can already see that it is a million times better than the first iteration. I am currently going through the training for the ICCA and am impressed. This is the type of training I had initially expected from INE when I signed up a year ago. I like how these programs now have ample labs to practice on and adequately learn the steps as you progress. This is what INE should have set up before pushing so hard to compete against the other certification organizations in the industry.

Things I liked:
Training for the eJPTv2, ICCA, and CCNA appear to be far more comprehensive and easier to follow.
The price point of $299 for the eJPTv2, ICCA and the year of access to their training was a good value for me to give INE another chance.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

What INE was a year ago is vastly different from what is now emerging from the mediocrity I experienced. I can only speak about my experience with the starter version of INE fundamentals and the first iteration of the eJPT. First, the eJPT training was harsh with the death by PowerPoint. I felt it did not adequately cover the critical information needed to succeed. It was brutal on my wallet to pay the $200 just for a lazy training program. I am thrilled to see this was rectified.

Another critical issue I hoped to see improved was the process used to redeem vouchers. I had problems with this a year ago and again last week when I paid for the yearly fundamentals option. The redeeming process was unclear and not user-friendly; I ended up being charged an additional $99 on top of the $299 I paid.

I will state that the price points were hard to get past. I decided to take another chance on INE, although I did not attain my eJPT last year. I pay $1200/month in child support, and after rent and living expenses, I am left with little leeway to pursue interests or make career changes. The inadequate training for my first two attempts with the eJPT left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Within INEs current setup, I was bummed to see that so much of their top-tier content was not accessible even through the yearly fundamental option. I learned this after I had made my purchase. Many of the training paths I was primarily interested in were only available with an additional $600 upgrade to my current plan or $800+. There were several programs I wanted to learn, which I initially thought would be included with my package. I hope there will be options to purchase individual training paths or a certification voucher that consists of the necessary training path in the future.

Lastly, the current wait time for any response from INEs customer support is three days. That is atrocious, and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

If they continue improving the quality of their training content, that will benefit me. I have spent over seven years creating work instructions, training programs and designing ISO quality systems. The original starter offering with the eJPT training was subpar to what I felt should be an industry minimum for an entry certification. I would like to see more training paths in their fundamental offering.

  ### 23. Good teachers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Necula A. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about INE?**

I like that there are labs in courses and pdf files for offline study.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Removing courses from the platform and that there is no compatible version for android.

Learning new things which helps me doing my job.

  ### 24. Quick Self Development

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhammad I. | Network Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2022

**What do you like best about INE?**

As the network engineer, INE's content is focused on what I need. Contents are organized well and structured, and easy to find. The online lab is beneficial for having a quick hands-on after following all the video learning. Expert in their fields structures the teaching.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

From the content networking lesson I watched, no configurations are provided. This causes learners to spend more time setting up the lab to follow through with the video. Yet, an issue arises when building the lab and requires more time troubleshooting to follow the video. I hope INE could tell the instructor to attach their configuration so we can follow along with the video and our lab.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Specific topics that I could not get anywhere on the internet. Even if I found the topics on the internet, it was unclear, and I still needed to find more information. In INE, I discovered that specific topic and understood it well.

Many times marketing departments don't do their work correctly. I am the first in my organization that has a subscription to INE, and I will be the one that composes a report after this training. My organization could benefit from future cooperation with more attractive solutions with your company. To be clear, INE is not the only company (cyber security education) that don't have attractive solutions for government organizations.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a wide variety of courses that aim to educate individuals to be better at their jod and help their organizations to provide better services. Even though my subscription is not over yet, i keep learning

  ### 32. INE Premiun for cybersecurity professionals

**Reviewed by:** Julian R. | Docente detección de intrusos de red, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about INE?**

INE Premium is the best e-learning solution for advanced cybersecurity students, it provides high-quality content and lab exercises which help you to take your knowledge to the next level.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

It is not a dislike at all, but some labs are a bit more advanced in terms of covered studying material than the content you are studying at that time

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The topics are explained step by step in clear English, covering all the needed concepts to understand "the big picture" of complex
subject matter like buffer overflow, among others, which is not the case in other e-learning platforms

  ### 33. Good content but badly taught

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2023

**What do you like best about INE?**

The content is really good and covers most of what is required. The course are also structured properly to help the students.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

I don't know about others but in the course I'm doing the instructor doesn't give me much confidence.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

INE is giving me a proper study material and holding my hand when I'm trying to learn something really new and the certification is a real motivation to keep learning and working.

  ### 34. My sincere thoughts about INE

A good structred platform to learn from, they have a good support and quality courses, tbh i recommend it

**What do you dislike about INE?**

The system of voucher's expiration date!

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me gain more experiences throught their different sophisticated well organized learning paths

  ### 35. eJPT course was so much interesting!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea G. | Penetration Tester, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about INE?**

The best part of the eJPT course was the lab practical, which taught me many helpful technical notions and prepared me for my job engagements. This is the best certs for new people on that activities.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Sometimes the labs got stuck, and I had to restart from the beginning. Instead of this, all of the rest was almost perfect. I hope eJPT will talk about some other topics in the future in addition to the current.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

INE solved the problem of finding a good course for any topic, on that platform, anyone can find the appropriate path to learning what they like. Ine is almost perfect for anyone.

  ### 36. Carrier Growth

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thirupathi A. | Technical Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 15, 2023

**What do you like best about INE?**

It helped me for my carrier growth and develop my skill in multiple technologies. It's very best courses offered by INE.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

We can have other product courses also like Juniper ( As per Certification)

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to understand and have all network related courses Like A to Z.

  ### 37. INE review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert Z. | Security Delivery Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2022

**What do you like best about INE?**

I do like that there are a lot of different paths you can learn and those are well-informed and instructed. I feel a lot of tools are based on Windows tools, but I feel as most ethical hackers use Linux it would be good to have most tools instructed in Linux too.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Some of the materials is somewhat outdated and links do not work. I do understand now that you have your links to zip and stuff at the beginning of the modules, but when I started for the mobile reverse penetration testing part there are links to others. You can just remove those links and update some of the lectures. I also feel some paths can be a bit outdated.

**Recommendations to others considering INE:**

I do recommend people to use INE for certifications if people want certifications. There are a lot of different paths to choose from when going to learn with INE. I have picked a path with ethical hacking, but there are for cloud, incident response and others. I recommend people to take the path they want and see what is most interesting and go for it. Take the learning and when you are done, you can go on Elearnsecurity and buy a certificate voucher and take the exam and pass it. INE is definitely worth the money.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have learned more tools and in-depth knowledge about different path within Cybersecurity. I have learned and become a junior penetration tester and studying to become a professional one. I also learn a more a bout mobile penetration testing, debugging and a lot about cybersecurity.

  ### 38. Good learning platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Freda V. | Not employed currently, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2022

**What do you like best about INE?**

From the beginner courses available and different teachers with different learning techniques to master the basics of Cybersecurity foundations. With the course pathways that allow you to work towards certifications, I highly recommend this for the beginners.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

A little confusing at first navigating around the website, however once you know where you are looking it is not too bad. It would be good to have some practice exams aswell for the certs.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me to master the basics and foundations which I was lacking before and consolidate the knowledge in an easy to learn fashion with plenty of practice labs.

  ### 39. I have had a great experience with INE, and I couldn't be happier with it.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Albert H. | System Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2022

**What do you like best about INE?**

I love the organization of the contents and how you are laying a good foundation to go slowly acquiring more advanced concepts.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

I have no complaints with the platform, at most I could say that lack a little polish the stability of some virtual machines, but usually go perfect.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

INE provides me with a wealth of knowledge in an orderly fashion, that if I had to search for it on my own it would take me much longer to advance in my professional career.

  ### 40. Ine is gratis!

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2023

Look like new certifications will be published next year

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me learn new stuff on each course I start.

  ### 41. Good Courses for Beginners!!!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohit T. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about INE?**

The courses, especially ethical hacking courses, are very beginner friendly. The concepts are explained in a very lucid manner.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Labs need to be more challenging, and there should be more ctfs.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me in my eJPT certification which inturn was good for my resume.

  ### 42. Good preparation for eJPT

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Albert N. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2023

**What do you like best about INE?**

There are lots of labs and practical hands-on materials that let you practice what you've learnt

**What do you dislike about INE?**

There are too many courses and paths and sometimes is easy to get distracted or to find what you really need

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm preparing for the eJPT certification, and INE gives good labs where to practice.

  ### 43. Really helped me to understand the basics of cybersecurity

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2022

**What do you like best about INE?**

Every topic/certification preparation is based on learning paths with submodules; this is helpful for the student to learn step by step each subject and to have good overall preparation for the exam.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

The subscription plan description is unclear: I bought a plan that did not include the course I wanted to follow; fortunately, INE customer service helped me solve the mistake.
Sometimes platform labs are not working correctly; this can be frustrating if it happens when you want to practice a freshly studied subject.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

INE is helping me to easily achieve eLearnSecurity certifications, which are necessary to change my working situation, as I wish to switch from a developer role to a cybersecurity/penetration tester one.

  ### 44. Course: Penetration Testing Student

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2023

**What do you like best about INE?**

Knowledgeable instructors and well-structured course, covering a decent amount of content

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Some of the Labs are repetitive, and the ordering of the courses may be inconsistent at times

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

INE is helping me to learn new skills at my own pace

  ### 45. Experience with INE after using it as premium subscriber for 1 year

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Myo M. | Security Delivery Lead, Security Service Line, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 20, 2022

**What do you like best about INE?**

1. Spread and coverage of cybersecurity learning materials in a structured manner - incident management to penetration and malware analaysis with full course and labs. Some of the competitors like icsiglobal etc have limited offering and their focus is too narrow.

2. Cost-effectiveness and value for money. Some of the comparable providers like SANS offer the similar offerings but the cost is way too high for most.

Note: I only use cybersecurity learning materials because I am from the cybersecurity service line.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

1. Some courses needs updates. Some of them are quite old. For example - Network Defender Course.

2. OpenVPN based LABs and a need for students to have a local VM and then connect using OpenVPN. Browser-based LABs are the way to go and all should be transitioned into Browser based LAB. TryHackMe and HacktheBox (HTB) are all using Browser based lab.

3. Most courses at the moment (most are older courses from eLearningsecurity) are mostly a set of powerpoint slide and no accompanying video. It will be good both slide and video teaching are combined and available. I saw the new ones have both slide and video. That is good improvement.

4. eLearningsecurity certificates are not well known in the industry and with HR. INE should do a better promotion to make their eLearnsecurity certificates more well-know like EC-Council or OSCP or CREST or ISC2.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cost Effective and easy-to-use learning for IT professionals.

With cost effectiveness, IT professionals can upgrade in the ever changing industry. It definitely helps business and the employer I am working for.

  ### 46. Pretty enjoyable experience overall

**What do you dislike about INE?**

The downside is that there is no possibility to have them offline

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Labs, definitely labs are best change on ine.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Networking. As a network engineer can learn about new technologies.

  ### 50. Very satisfied with the offered courses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2022

**What do you like best about INE?**

As a student in the cybersecurity field, I bought the subscription for one year of access to the INE courses and labs.
The instructors are very clear and precise in their explanations, and the courses are very instructive.
Moreover, I discovered a lot of new tools and techniques, which allowed me to save a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

The labs are perfect and well explained (I really enjoyed doing them), but sometimes it can be hard to find the answer only with the information's given in the lab statement.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I would say that a significant problem corrected by INE is the time of research.
INE is helping in the sense that all the pieces of information needed to start in a specific IT field is given, so we don't lose time searching for plenty of things online during our learning (or at least reduce this amount of time-consuming research).
