What do you like best about IndoorFinders?

It’s a “one-stop shop” for office logistics, bringing desk and parking booking, meeting-room scheduling, and employee location (People Finder) together in a single UI. It feels well suited to the 2026 workplace: administrators can set capacity limits, create social-distancing “buffer zones” around booked desks, and track “work-from-office” versus “remote” days. What do you dislike about IndoorFinders?

The "People Finder" and "Asset Tracker" are only as good as the data that’s fed into them. If employees don’t keep their status updated, or if seating charts aren’t maintained, the app’s usefulness drops significantly. While it’s functional and "ultra-fast," the interface can still feel more like a corporate utility than something modern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IndoorFinders solving and how is that benefiting you?

After we adopted the platform, our office became genuinely searchable and interactive. It’s essentially like Google Maps, but designed for indoor spaces.
