What do you like best about INDIGO?

I like the variety of modules INDIGO provides and the flexibility of customizing the metadata model to any institution. It's HIGHLY adjustable. The INDIGO team listens to customers' needs and incorporates the needed standard (UNIMARC etc.) into the metadata model. The customer support / educator provides individual training for working with the software. Documentation/tutorials are built-in INDIGO. It's easy to save a record, add files and publish them. The most used functionalities are adding files, adding descriptive metadata, OCR, indexing, creating reports, importing from exiting databases (migration to INDIGO), exporting data, building an user portal (website) from the records. The INDIGO team builds a customer portal for you or gives you access to add widgets on your own and add your CSS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about INDIGO?

Some bugs occur in some beta modules, but the team constantly works on improvements, which is normal. INDIGO is a professional software for businesses and organizations, so training is mandatory.
